Common questions
Do I need to switch accounting software?
Usually not. We work in QuickBooks Online and the other common small-business systems. If you don’t have a system yet, we’ll set one up.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Service is month to month. We review the fee with you if your business grows or shrinks significantly.
Do you only work with Central Valley businesses?
No. We’re based in Fresno and work remotely with small businesses throughout California. Hawaiʻi businesses are served through our sister brand, Kōkua Financial.
What if my business outgrows the package?
Controller, forecasting and fractional CFO support are available from the same firm as you grow. See all rates →
